Barb Hammerle was the founder and owner of Incredible Edibles™, a Kansas City-based boutique catering service, which she operated for 18 years. When she moved to Los Angeles in 1999, friends encouraged her to enter the Beverly Hills Chili Contest, where she won second place in the juried competition. She has catered special events from coast to coast, with engagements including intimate dinners for two, weddings, cocktail parties for state and civic leaders and fund raising events.
In 2007, she moved to Valrico, and again at the urging of friends, entered a cookie making contest at the Rolling Pin, where she won first prize. Her specialties include Incredible Edible veggie baskets, “anything with chocolate,” Tex-Mex cooking, Kansas City barbeque and specialty parties. She also enjoys being an assistant and working at Rolling Pin.
