What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Rolling Pin Gift Cards
Do you sell Gift Cards and in what increments?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any increment. They can be purchased online, over the phone 813-653-2418 or in the store. Gift cards can be used for merchandise and cooking classes.
Do you offer a lay-away program?
Yes. It requires a 20% or $20 deposit, whichever is greater. You have a total of 60 days to make payments on merchandise. A Layaway may be canceled, but a merchandise credit will be given for all payments made toward the layaway
Can I purchase products online?
No, but you may always call 813-653-2418 and we will ship you your items through UPS.
What is your merchandise return policy?
Refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If you do not have a receipt or the 30 days have expired, we will gladly extend a store credit or exchange.
Do you give donations to the community?
Yes! As a locally owned and operated business we participate with local schools, churches, and non-profit organizations. If you would like us to consider your organization’s needs, contact Chef Dave West. Please submit all requests at least 30 days in advance of your event.
